Rapper Troy Ave Required to Wear Ankle Monitor Following Shooting at T.I. Concert

new-york-cityTroy Ave was released from jail on a $500,000 bond after being charged with weapons possession and attempted murder in the shooting death of his bodyguard and friend. The fatal shooting occurred at the Irving Plaza in New York City during a T.I. Concert. The rapper is required to wear an ankle monitor as a condition of his release and may not perform or enter any performance venues in New York City. According to reports, Ave and two others were also injured in the shooting. Troy Ave was arrested the day following the security when security footage allegedly showed him firing a gun at the concert. The rapper maintains that he and his bodyguard were victims in this tragic incident.
