Our community vendors and partners are the backbone of Options Outpatient
At Options Outpatient by DMS, we have a team of medical doctors, licensed therapists, and case managers providing substance abuse and mental health outpatient services to clients every single day. They are committed to helping individuals battle difficult times through therapy, support, and medication.
Beyond our team, there is a dedicated network of people working quietly behind the scenes. We simply would not be able to deliver the level of care and support our clients rely on without the selfless contributions of local vendors and community partners.
From the essential services that keep our facilities running smoothly to the specialized resources that enrich our daily programs, these local businesses are true extensions of the Options Outpatient family.
Founded by Chef Bruno Serato, Caterina’s Club‘s mission is to provide warm meals, affordable housing assistance, and job training to homeless and low-income families throughout Southern California. What began as a simple effort to prevent children living in motels from going to bed hungry has grown into providing 4000+ free meals a day across more than 150 partnering sites throughout Los Angeles, Orange, and San Bernardino Counties.
Options Outpatient is privileged to receive daily pasta meals from Caterina’s Club for our program participants. For some, it’s the only warm meal they’ll have all day.
At Hands of Mercy, their mission is to reduce food waste, alleviate hunger, and provide food education to vulnerable and underserved communities across Orange County. They work with local grocery stores and restaurants to rescues surplus food and delivers it to families and charity partners — reducing waste and alleviating hunger at the same time.
Thanks to Hands of Mercy, our participants’ snack area is well stocked with a variety of healthy options to help keep them focused on their recovery.
Established in 1984, the Anaheim Community Foundation serves as a charitable channel to support a broad scope of vital community programs, including arts and culture, nature, and gang-drug prevention. The foundation operates under the mission to build community through people, partnerships, and pride.
Over the years, ACF has awarded Options Outpatient with direct grants and program support to provide outpatient care to over a thousand participants, helping them beat addiction and overcome struggles.
Crime Survivors‘ vision is for victims of crime to recover from their experience mentally, physically, emotionally, and financially by receiving respect, support, and protection from the judicial system, law enforcement, and community.
DMS Diversified Monitoring partners with Crime Survivors to protect victims of domestic violence and help them feel safe again. Exclusion zones around the victim’s residence can trigger alerts as soon as the GPS tracked client enters. Notifications can be sent to law enforcement, parole officers, and even the victim.
The BRIDGE Foundation fills a critical gap in Santa Cruz County by providing direct, material support to public defender clients navigating rehabilitation, recovery, and re-entry. Whether it’s securing stable housing, accessing substance use treatment, or obtaining basic necessities for a fresh start, they meet people exactly where they are.
Our Northern California affiliate, Options Monitoring by DMS, sponsors the BRIDGE Foundation with direct support of their localized, compassionate solutions to lower recidivism and keep families together. By combining innovative electronic monitoring technology with hands-on material support, we are helping build a safer, more supportive Santa Cruz County.
To each of our local vendors, service providers, and community partners: thank you. Thank you for your reliability, your shared commitment to our mission, and your belief in the work we do at Options Outpatient by DMS. We are deeply grateful to stand alongside you, and we look forward to continuing to build a healthier, more supportive community together.
