Tommie Lee of Love & Hip-Hop: Atlanta was reportedly ordered to wear an alcohol monitoring device as a condition of her pretrial release. According to TMZ, Tommie was brought to court in Fulton County, Atlanta after two warrants were issued for her arrest. The warrants relate to an alleged assault case at an Atlanta mall and a drunk driving case from 2016. In the mall assault case, an employee of Atlanta’s Lenox Square mall has accused the bad girl of reality tv of slapping and punching her. The incident was caught on surveillance cameras in the store.
Lee was required to post bail, wear 24 hour a day alcohol monitoring and not consume any alcohol while she awaits resolution on the cases. Lee was charged with battery in the mall incident and faces DUI charges in the 2016 case. The alcohol monitoring device is required to be worn at all times and can detect any alcohol consumption through sweat excreted on her ankle. The embattled tv star was reportedly fired from Love and Hip Hop after an epic melt down on the latest episode where she began yelling at producers. Lee has been seen sporting her alcohol monitoring device in recent swimsuit pics posted on her Instagram.
