Program Rules and Terms for Violations

    I hereby acknowledge that I fully understand that not abiding by any of
    these terms are to be considered program noncompliance. Any of the following violations will result in a
    violation letter sent to the Court and possible termination of the program.

    uploads: SCRAM and SCRAMX participants must abide by their individual upload schedule. Missing uploads or not uploading as scheduled will be considered as violation of the program.

    All SCRAM participants with felony cases must have a landline installed in their homes or come to Our office Monday through Friday to upload.

    SCRAM with House Arrest participants will have biweekly individual meetings with case manager To show proof of work schedule, AA meetings, and future schedule changes or additions schedule. Failure to appear to your meeting with case manager will result in violation of program.

    Participants on the SCRAM with House Arrest or GPS House Arrest are not permitted outside their home outside of your scheduled leave time. Activities such as throwing out the trash or getting Mail must be done on your way out after you are allowed to leave your home or on your way back For your scheduled return time. Any unauthorized leave alerts will be considered violations.
