Patricia A. Verwiel, M.A. President, Diversified Monitoring Systems.

Patricia Verwiel’s professional background reflects solidly on her commitment to pursue the reduction of crime in the state of California. With an M.A. in Human Behavior, Ms. Verwiel applies techniques and expertise that focus on behavior modification through counseling and education.

For over ten years, Ms. Verwiel served as a Supervisor for the Orange County Victim Witness Program during which time she served as a Program Supervisor for Juvenile Court, developed a training program in Victim Services and served as an Education Coordinator for the California Youth Authority.

Ms. Verwiel later went on to launch new companies specializing in educational programs and counseling services. In 1994, she founded Sentencing Concepts, Inc., a company specializing in the electronic monitoring of offenders.

In 2003, Ms.Verviel created Diversified Monitoring Systems, providing programs and services that benefit the offender and society. In addition to the electronic monitoring of alcohol offenders utilizing the state-of-the-art SCRAM™ bracelet, DMS offers an intensive outpatient program for the DUI population as well as educational programs in such areas as Anger Management, Behavior Modification and Petty Theft.
